Mile High Dining went to the far side of Denver to enjoy oysters by Oyster Wulff. It was once again a pop-up oyster bar at the Side Pony bar/restaurant. These oysters have so much more flavor than grocery store ones as his are flown in overnight from Maine.
My plate of oysters were paired with a side dish of olives, pickled okra, and and peanuts. The oysters were from Oyster Wulff’s hometown in Maine. They were served with lemon, fresh ground horseradish, and a spicy pepper sauce. Once again, they were very good tasting.
