Oyster Wulff at Cerebral Brewery was enjoyable on a hot Sunday afternoon. Fresh oysters, and a beer make it a good way to beat the heat. Oyster Wulff oyster’s are from Maine and shipped overnight to Denver and served at the pop up at the brewery off East Colfax.
The oysters are very flavorful especially with the added lemons, grated horseradish and a spicy dipping sauce. When the oysters are paired with a light summer beer it makes the afternoon bearable!
