Jack’s – Lone Tree is a new modern steakhouse featuring steaks and seafood dishes. The original Jack’s on South Pearl is open as usual. The Lone Tree location is beautiful except you use a flight of steps to reach the dining room located on the second floor.
Mile High Dining and two friends had a Friday night outing. Service was friendly, but the loud noise level made it even hard to hear our server. As for food, one had a seafood dish. I and another shared the Wagyu ribeye steak.
The seafood risotto had grilled shrimp and seared sea scallops sitting on risotto. It was cooked properly and was given a very good taste rating.
Two of us split the Australian Wagyu ribeye steak with each ending up with 6 ounces. We also shared a side of a plate of sautéed spinach topped with cheese and it was delicious. The steak was disappointing as a large portion of my slice was too fatty and not tender enough.
My ratings are: It’s OK, Good, Very Good, and Excellent.
