Off to a new Thai restaurant in Denver, Insee Father Noodles House, which is located right next-door to the family member’s place, Daughter Thai. Insee Noodles is much smaller and doesn’t even have a bar area, but the food is delicious. After you are seated, you view the QR menu and order on your phone. Since it was not crowded, a friendly and helpful server answered our questions about the menu and our choices.
My friend had the Mae Klong beef noodles which has small rice noodles with beef, bean sprouts, onions, and Chinese broccoli sitting in a tasty soup. It’s extra large in size and was rated very good as the soup with a little extra spice led the way.
I had the Siam pork rib noodles with oodles of noodles, two delicious and tender pork ribs, bean sprouts, cabbage, onions, and garlic. The pork was extra tender. Both of our bowls were extra large in size and provided a great takeway for home.
The Toa Hed are pouches, filled with mushrooms and tofu. We asked that they’d be taken home as the noodle bowls filled us up.
My ratings are: It’s OK, Good, Very Good, and Excellent.
The verdict ⚖️ for Insee Father Noodles House is Good.
