Frasca Food and Wine

Mile High Dining invited 2 friends that I met in Scotland to dinner at Frasca Food and Wine. The three of us enjoyed the great service and delicious food and even a tour of the kitchen. Frasca celebrated its 21st birthday this past August and received the prestigious award of Outstanding restaurant from the James Beard Foundation.

It is definitely one of the best restaurants as the friendly service and hospitality sets it apart!

Yes, it’s expensive but worth the experience of service and fancy small plates of great food. Four of our plates were shrimp, risotto, carob flour pasta, and creamy polenta. My favorite appetizer dish is the Frico Caldo which is simply potatoes and cheese and probably their most famous dish.
