Broadway 10

After the Broncos beat the Kansas City Chiefs on Sunday afternoon, three of us dined at Broadway 10. It’s one of the newest restaurants in town. An upscale chophouse that also features many fish and sushi options. Just bring your wallet as the prices match the neighborhood.

Two of us shared the scallops, brussels sprouts and steak. The third member had the large burger with mashed potatoes. The opening dish of flaming scallops was presented tableside on fire. The scallops were sitting in a clamshell with herb butter. We enjoyed the extra warm scallops after the flames died down as the butter taste was very good.

The small fillet of steak with hollandaise and peppercorn sauce was shared as an extra plate was provided. The steak was tender and very flavorful. The large burger not only look good, but was rated good. We loved the grilled brussels sprouts which had a lasting taste.

Not only did the Broncos win, during meal, Sean Payton, the Broncos head coach entered the restaurant and was seated in the private dining area with others.

My ratings are: It’s OK, Good, Very Good, and Excellent.

The verdict ⚖️ for Broadway 10 is Very Good.
