Off to West Colfax to enjoy oysters at the Side Pony. The oysters were presented as a pop-up by Oyster Wulff. We have followed the oyster man at different locations around town. The outing at the Side Pony was especially enjoyable.
The two of us shared a plate of 12 oysters and a cup of clam chowder prepared by the Side Pony chef. The oysters had a great sea taste as they were shipped from Maine overnight. The cup of clam chowder had a good taste, but needed some extra tasty ingredients.
