To celebrate the unofficial end of summer, Mile High Dining and friend spend the evening at Kisbee on the Roof. After many evenings of rain and storms, it was finally a warm and rain free evening. We were even lucky enough to sit in a cabana at poolside. The overstuff seating and the pleasant music provided a relaxing evening.
As for food, we shared the shrimp cocktail and the tuna. The tiger shrimp cocktail with a mild green salsa was very good. The shrimp were very large in size and had lots of good taste. Sadly, the ahi tuna tataki looked great, but the tuna was tasteless. I can’t remember having tuna that lacked flavor. It may have been stored too long.
The verdict ⚖️ for Kisbee on the Roof is Good.
