After playing and walking 18 holes of golf at the Foothills golf course, Mile High Dining and a friend enjoyed the newly built Foothills Restaurant. It is one of the best looking bar and restaurants at any public golf course in the Denver area. It’s almost too big!
We enjoyed the All-American hamburger, tater tots and an iced tea or Diet Coke. The beef is American style Wagyu and the restaurant graciously split the large burger into two separate plates. Each plate had a side of lettuce, pickles, and tomato slices. The tender beef patty was covered with grilled cheese. The burger was one of the better of the summer especially after adding all the extra ingredients. It’s was only my second burger of the summer.
We also shared the side of tater tots, which were crispy and good. If you are on the west side of town check this place out even if you’re not playing golf.
My ratings are: It’s OK, Good, Very Good, and Excellent.
The verdict ⚖️ for the Foothills restaurant is Good.
