On a warm and beautiful summer day, Mile High Dining went to Park Burger on S. Pearl to enjoy outdoor seating and a burger. My neighbor and I sat in the patio area which we had almost to ourselves. Park Burger has several locations around the city, and this was my first visit.
We started with an Arnold Palmer and an iced tea. It was a good taste when it was 94 degrees outside. My friend had the mini burger (1/4 pound beef patty) with Swiss cheese and an order of sweet potato fries. The burger was given a good taste, especially with the melted swiss cheese. A house salad was shared. It was rated just average.
I had the special burger, Hawaiian with a 1/3 pound beef patty, grilled pineapple slices, teriyaki glaze, cheese, lettuce, tomato, and onion. The grilled pineapple slices set this burger to the top. Very good, but it’s a little messy to handle. The tater tots were average as they need a little more crispy texture.
My ratings are: It’s OK, Good, Very Good, and Excellent.
The verdict ⚖️ for Park Burger is Good.
