Another summer afternoon called for oysters. Mile High Dining went to Cerebral Brewing in the Highlands to enjoy fresh oysters. Oyster Wulff had a pop up bar on the front patio and it was packed with people. His oysters are from Maine and shipped overnight which makes them very fresh.
Not only there were oysters, Cerebral Brewing was serving a beer brewed with oyster shells, hops, seaweed, and oyster crackers. The beer is named Coastal Attitude, a good Pilsner paired for oysters.
The oysters served by Oyster Wulff are more flavorful than store bought ones. So check out where the next pop up will be happening. By the way, my plate of oysters was much smaller than the plate pictured.
