Off to another new Mexican restaurant, Los Dos Potrillos (Colorado Blvd). It’s located in Denver and was filled with many customers. The Ramirez family now operates 6 restaurants in the greater Denver metro area. They freshened up the old vacant Hacienda Colorado restaurant location. It’s first come first serve so plan ahead.
Each of us had the house margarita which was way too sweet and lacked flavor. We shared the bowl of chips and guacamole.
At least the food was better. I had the chicken fajitas. They were super sized with lots of good tasting grilled chicken and onions. A side of four flower tortillas were included and a side dish with all of the extras, including rice, guacamole, lettuce, cheese, and beans. There was certainly enough of the fajitas to take home.
My friend had two plates, chicken, enchilada, and a chili relleno. The relleno was very spicy while the enchilada was covered with a good red mild sauce, and very good tasting. Probably, the best dish of the evening. 
My ratings are: It’s OK, Good, Very Good, and Excellent.
