Another visit to the entertainment capital of all restaurants, Casa Bonita. Mile High Dining is a member of the Founders club making it a little easier to make a reservation. But when you arrive, it’s just like the airport you stand in line to check in at the security.
Once inside, they escort you to your table and you order from a menu. A significant improvement from the old cafeteria line. Our food included a taco salad with green chili brisket, burrito, and a chicken enchilada. The three items were all good tasting. The best food was the sopapillas which are served covered in honey.
Then the fun begins, we watched the cliff divers, listen to the mariachi band, played skee ball, ventured through Bart’s cave. It’s a loud and busy place with many children screaming especially when the cliff diver splashed everyone with a cannonball. What a unique experience!
My ratings are: It’s OK, Good, Very Good, and Excellent.
The verdict ⚖️ for Casa Bonita is Very Good.
