Served by a robot! Mile High Dining ate at Mikaku Ramen & Temaki in Aurora searching for a bowl of noodles. Although the noodles were good, the highlight of the evening was when the food was delivered by a robot. It’s the second place that I know in Aurora that’s using robots. Mikaku Ramen is a new and brightly decorated restaurant serving good ramen noodles. The chefs were actually sent to Japan to learn to make ramen noodles.
I had the spicy shoyu tonkotsu ramen bowl. First, it’s very large in size and has a good presentation. It’s filled with pork broth, wheat noodles, soft boiled egg, bamboo shoots, pork slices, and chili peppers. It was very good with just enough spice. I enjoyed the noodles and one bowl is all you need for a meal.
My ratings are: It’s OK, Good, Very Good, and Excellent.
The verdict ⚖️ for Mikaku Ramen & Temaki restaurant is Good.
