Mile High Dining enjoyed the evening meal with my two former golf caddies that were awarded the full college scholarship. We ate at My Neighbor Felix- Centennial. The restaurant is extra large with lots of areas to enjoy Mexican food.
We shared the three Salas with chips and each ordered a main dish which were tacos, quesadilla, and a chili relleno. The quesadilla with extra grilled chicken filled the plate. It was good but the cheese was too plain tasting. The three tacos were filled with pork and cabbage. A side of fried rice and black beans were added. Extra hot habanero sauce in a small dish looked like cranberries until you tasted it.
Lastly, the chili relleno sitting in a tasty sauce made with Oaxaca cheese was very good. The cheese sauce set the dish apart.
My ratings are: It’s OK, Good, Very Good, and Excellent.
