Casa Bonita

Mile High Dining went to Casa Bonita for another visit. Of course it was packed and finding a parking space is a challenge. Entry is secure and similar to an airport check in. The good news is you are taken to your table and order food table side. Much improved from the cafeteria line in the past.

As for food, it’s also much better. I had the chicken enchilada that was filled with tasty chicken with a good red/green sauce. The n/a mock-tail was enjoyable. My friend had the taco salad which sits in a large flour tortilla and it was rated good. Of course, the sopapillas covered in warm honey were delicious.

After the food, the fun begins. You wonder around to enjoy the many activities such as face painting, live music, muppets machine, puppet shows, cliff diving, and Bart’s cave. The cave remains my favorite. It’s a great entertainment restaurant!

My ratings are: It’s OK, Good, Very Good, and Excellent.

The verdict ⚖️ for Casa Bonita is Very Good.
