The Butchery

Mile High Dining visited a steak house in Arvada, The Butchery. It’s a large restaurant with lots of seating and Angus beef options. The five of us enjoyed the evening of talk and food. Three of us limited ourselves to non-alcoholic beer. Additionally, I have limited myself to reducing red meat as it’s recommended by many.

Nevertheless, 4 of 5 of us enjoyed a meat dish while the young lady had salmon. My filet mignon burrata plate won the presentation dish as the cheese atop the filet was well done. My filet was both tender and delicious. We all agreed the food was good. Three of us even had enough to take some food home.

The two appetizers of the charcuterie board and corn bread were shared by the table. The cornbread was much better than the cheese.

My ratings are: It’s OK, Good, Very Good, and Excellent.

The verdict ⚖️ for The Butchery is Good. We especially liked the friendly service.
