Since it was 39° outside, I canceled golf and went to Brothers BBQ. Brothers have nine different locations in the front range of Colorado and are locally owned. It’s a casual place with lots of sports memorabilia and license plates on the walls. You order at the counter and the food is delivered to your table.
I had the chicken barbecue sandwich, side of cornbread, and zero sugar Pepsi. I added lots of house sauce to the chicken sandwich. It was very good. The cornbread is sweet tasting and a good side selection.
Several TVs on the walls were broadcasting local TV news stations but I’m much better alternative would be some music.
It was my first visit to Brothers BBQ and with winter weather coming, we will visit again.
My ratings are: It’s OK, Good, Very Good, Excellent.
