Mile High Dining was able to walk to Olive & Finch to enjoy the Labor Day holiday. Since it was 92 degrees, the shaded outside patio was an easy selection. You order at the counter and the food is delivered table side.
I ordered the tomato tartine sandwich and a light beer.
The tomato sandwich is one of the best for summer. The tomatoes are prepared both fresh and grilled, then placed on the herbed goat cheese covering the toasted sourdough bread. It was delicious. A side of mixed greens with cherry tomatoes is included.
The beer is Outlaw brewed in Denver and a good light summer brew that costs only $3.00.
Olive & Finch in Cherry Creek is open seven days a week for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Stop by!
My ratings are: It’s OK, Good, Very Good, and Excellent.
The verdict ⚖️ for Olive & Finch is Very Good.
