Carne RiNo

Mile High Dining and 2 neighbors went to Carne RiNo, a meat lovers place. It’s Dana Rodriguez’s newest restaurant with a large emphasis on beef. The restaurant itself is bright and lively with lots of windows. There is even a small upstairs lounge area. Wine is displayed on a wall and you can walk over and select a bottle but we chose a glass itself.

As for food, we shared a whole fish and side dishes of risotto and cauliflower. The fish is from Colorado and is was deboned table-side. That was very helpful. The side dish of risotto was the prettiest dish but the spicy cauliflower won the taste test.

The fish was very light tasting while the lemon and horseradish sauce added extra flavor. The cauliflower was served with a South American chili, aji, after being roasted, made it a very good side dish.

During our meal, the owner, Dana Rodriguez, came over to our table to greet us and it gave us a chance to wish her well.

My ratings are: It’s OK, Good, Very Good, and Excellent.

The verdict ⚖️ for Carne RiNo is Very Good.
