Mile High Dining was sent to one of the newest restaurants in town for happy hour at Pancho Poncho. The location was previously occupied by the Logan Street restaurant. The owner, Carboy Winery, converted the location to a Mexican place.
It was my first visit to enjoy a tostada, house margarita, and a plate of chips with salsa.
The rajas y papas tostada is served with a spicy sauce and it is warm in temperature. It had lots of potatoes and peppers with a very good and spicy taste.
The margarita was good and cold to help with the spicy sauce on both the tostada and the sauce with the plate of chips.
My ratings are: It’s OK, Good, Very Good, and Excellent.
The verdict ⚖️ for Pancho Poncho is Very Good, especially with the low price of happy hour.
