Mile High Dining went to Nana’s Dim Sum & Dumplings on Tejon. I was joined by two others. The restaurant does not take reservations so we went early at 4:30 and we were seated promptly. Our server helped with selections as there are many options.
We shared 5 different plates from green beans to chili wontons. We all loved the spicy green beans and laughed when we saw the bill as it was the most expensive dish. The Hot & Sour Dumpling Soup was even shared as they brought extra bowls. The soup was good and spicy. The next two dishes, Xiao soup buns and Pan Fried Buns were good but too plain tasting. The white Pan Fried Buns did win the award for the best presentation. The Red Sea Chili Wontons had a great spicy fkavor and it was a good dish to finish the meal.
My ratings are: It’s OK, Good, Very Good, and Excellent.
The verdict ⚖️ for Nana’s Dim Sum & Dumplings is Very Good. The service was helpful and the food was delivered timely.
