Hey Kiddo

Hey Kiddo is part of the restaurant group that operates 2 Michelin-starred restaurants, BRUTO and Wolf’s Tailor. It’s a casual restaurant known for local grains and a near-zero waste kitchen. They received a “Recommended” award from Michelin.

As for food, the server recommended we share plates. The three of us shared bread rolls, salad, Waygu beef, and chef’s rice. There were daily specials hidden on the wall, so we missed them.

The bread rolls covered in warm butter and herbs were delicious. The Ceasar salad was just okay as it lacked a sufficient amount of anchovies to add extra flavor. The Waygu beef was very good as it had a great taste. The shaken Chef’s rice is presented table side to show the ingredients including an egg, then shaken vigorously to mix everything together. A good taste to match the show!

My ratings are: It’s OK, Good, Very Good, and Excellent.

The verdict ⚖️ for Hey Kiddo is Good. The very loud music and not having a chance for the daily specials hold the verdict down.
