Ink Coffee

Needing extra coffee to watch the NCAA basketball games, Mile High Dining went to Ink Coffee inside the Cherry Creek Mall. Ink may be one of the busiest coffee shops in town as the two Starbucks coffee bars in the mall are closed. Ink Coffee started in Aspen 30 years ago and now has 12 locations in Denver and Aspen. Their coffee is roasted in Denver. The beans come from South and Central America, Africa, and Indonesia.

The mall location is at the center of the ground floor and it’s an ooen air. There was even a line to order. I ordered a latte with a double shot of espresso to help me stay awake. The coffee was good and strong.

My ratings are: It’s OK, Good, Very Good, and Excellent.

The verdict ⚖️ for Ink Coffee at Cherry Creek Mall is Very Good as they serve extra strong coffee.
