To enjoy a sunny and warm day Mile High Dining went to Pablo’s Coffee on 6th Ave. It’s a classic place and they even roast their own coffee in Denver. It’s a neighborhood gathering place with lots of customers on my visit in the afternoon. Pablo’s Coffee has 2 other locations but this one stands out!
I ordered a latte with the strong and dark Ethiopian coffee blend named “ Danger Monkey “. The cup even was topped with good artwork. A very enjoyable cup of coffee.
Pablo’s Coffee is one of the better coffee shops in Denver!
