Mile High Dining went out to the Trellis Wine Bar with a friend to enjoy a glass of wine after a Dry January. Trellis is an open and pretty place with an upstairs for private parties. There is a large bar but the lounge area makes it a comfortable place to relax. You select your wine from a large chalkboard menu. Then you select your small dish food option from a paper menu.
We each had a glass of Tempranillo paired with a small charcuterie board to nibble on cheese, olives, and peppers. The dark red Tempranillo was a good choice for another cold day in Denver.
