Mile High Dining attended the 20th Anniversary dinner at Frasca Food and Wine. Since most restaurants don’t last 10 years, making it 20 years is worth a celebration. It was a dining experience with chefs from both Italy and the USA to explain each of the seven courses they prepared. Even the wine pairings received explanations.
The evening started with a champagne and hors d’oeuvres welcome. After being seated, the seven courses began the 4 hour dining extravaganza. Everyone at my table enjoyed all the dishes and I heard no complaints. Food is much more enjoyable when the chef who prepared the dish explains the ingredients and topped why a wine was selected by the wine sommelier.
