Dry January Week #3

Mile High Dining educated himself about Dry January at a class at Total Wine. We explored the history, how non-alcoholic products are made and tasted 7 different kinds. Dry January started in the UK as a charity. Currently, almost 25% of all drinkers try to adhere to a Dry January.

On another cold evening, I enjoyed a mocktail at Toro. A good one called Cucumber Paloma made with lime, cucumber simple syrup, and agave. It had a great presentation!

To celebrate I purchased a non-alcoholic Cabernet Sauvignon wine to enjoy. Dry January is a fun challenge.
