Mile High Dining and a friend went to Boulder to enjoy the fantastic Holiday Music Festival at the University of Colorado and enjoy a pizza at Pizzeria Alberico.
The pizzeria was formally known as Pizzeria Locale. It’s an upscale pizza restaurant where you sit at a table and enjoy a glass of wine with your pizza.
We each had a glass of wine and shared an arugula salad and a margarita pizza. The pizza was baked in a bright blue brick oven from Italy. A margarita-style pizza is a simple but classic topped with just tomato sauce, cheese, and basil leaves. It was deliciouss . My friend for dessert had a Budino which is a pudding without a lot of sugar!
My ratings are: It’s OK, Good, Very Good, and Excellent.
The verdict ⚖️ for Pizzeria Alberico is Good especially when combined with Holiday Music Festival.
