Mile High Dining went to the last of the rooftop outings at Jax’s Fishhouse. It was a beautiful evening with good food and live music. The rooftop at Jax’s overlooks Cherry Creek and the spectacular-colored fall trees below.
I enjoyed the Blackened Cod tostadas and a Guinness stout beer. The tostadas had coleslaw and red onions paired with blackened cod fish. It was delicious as I had to order a second one. The dark Guinness beer was my way to get ready for the cold winter days ahead. The live music by the Threadbarons was enjoyable.
