Mile High Dining went to the opening weekend of Wolf+Wildflower, a wine bar. It’s owned and operated by two women. The ladies want to revitalize 38th Ave in Wheat Ridge and make something happen. The indoor area has a large bar and table seating but the warm summer evening called out for the front patio.
We enjoyed a glass of Sauvignon Blanc and a jar filled with charcuterie . The wine was good but the “jarcuterie “ was even better as it was filled with meat, cheese, fruit, and almonds. There is a large selection of wines including inexpensive Carboy on tap. Food options include charcuterie boards and other snacks.
My ratings are: It’s OK, Good, Very Good, and Excellent.
The verdict ⚖️ for the Wolf+Wildflower is Good.
