Mile High Dining visited its favorite two wine bars, Noble Riot and Sunday Vinyl. Noble Riot educates you about the wine you drink. They also have wine classes. For instance, when a German wine was selected we were informed it is grown on steep slopes and that climbing equipment is needed to prune and harvest the grapes. On our latest visit, we enjoyed a chicken sandwich and wine from Uruguay. The chicken sandwich was tops. In the summer seat outside and enjoy the alleyway.
The other favorite is Sunday Vinyl. It’s a wine bar that serves fancy food. The music never stops from the vinyl records and it will keep you listening. We enjoyed a Pinot Noir from California which was very good. The food was scallops and grilled carrots with grilled dates. The carrots with dates were excellent.
My ratings are: It’s OK, Good, Very Good, and Excellent.
The verdict ⚖️ for both Noble Riot and Sunday Vinyl are Very Good.
