Redeemer Pizza

Mile High Dining and good friends with their young children went to Redeemer Pizza. 5280 Magazine rated it one of the best 25 restaurants in town. It has built its reputation on making pizza using a sourdough crust. It has a very small seating area and since there were 5 of us we were directed to their covered patio. Sadly the patio was very cold as not all heaters were working and the back door was open. We waited until the large table in the front opened up.

The children ordered two appetizers, meatballs, and garlic knots, as they were hungry after a long wait. Finally, we ordered the Standard pizza. It has tomatoes, 4 cheese blends, olive oil, and basil. The children each ordered an extra slice. The pizza was delicious and all rated it very good. I even enjoyed it more by adding some of the crushed chiles!

My ratings are: It’s OK, Good, Very Good, and Excellent.

The verdict ⚖️ for Redeemer Pizza is Good. The pizza was very good but the accommodations left us with a bad taste.
