Frasca Food and Wine

Mile High Dining and two others (a lawyer and wine man) went to Frasca to enjoy the hospitality, food, and wine. The lawyer was there to keep me straight while the wine man was there to keep the wine straight!

We ate family-style and enjoyed a bit of each other dishes. My favorite dish is the Frico Caldo (potatoes and cheese) as it’s the one dish I can make at home. Some of the other dishes included the following: clam with caviar, a complimentary dish from the chef, prawns with celery root, trout with flowers, red beet pasta, taglioline (spaghetti blackened by squid ink), salmon, duck with honey, sausage, and desserts.

The one unique dessert is Mela which is made to look like a caramel apple as the stem is made from chocolate. Light and delicious.

We each had several white and sparkling wines from Fruili Italy and a latte for the drive home.

Since this was a fun night out, there is no rating or verdict ⚖️. Give Frasca Food and Wine a try to appreciate fine dining!
