Mile High Dining participated in a fun evening at Bruz Beers to learn about and taste Belgian-style beer. We tasted 7 different beers. The Belgians make over 1000 different beers even using garden vegetables. The program was hosted by the University of Denver.
My favorite beer was the Tripel which was smooth tasting although it was almost 10% alcohol. The beers included the following: Witbier, Saison, IPA, Dubbel, Tripel, Quadrupel, and Brut La Grande. The last beer has it’s own glass as it is the champagne of beer.
