Mile High Dining continues to prepare for St. Patrick’s Day and visited Finley’s Pub. It’s the traditionally styled pub with a classic bar. Again, we ordered a Guinness stout beer and fish and chips.
The Guinness was good. It definitely reminds you of Ireland. The fish and chips were just okay. The chips and the small side of slaw were very good but the fish itself was small in size and was lacking the good cod flavor,
I added a shot of Redbreast Irish Whiskey. It was strong but smooth. One only needs a sip to enjoy.
My ratings are: It’s OK, Good, Very Good, and Excellent.
The verdict ⚖️ for Finley!s Pub is Good.
