It was a perfect rainy evening to visit the Irish Rover Pub. Just like the rainy weather in Ireland. The Pub has been opened since 2005 and welcomes you with the Irish saying, “ A hundred thousand welcomes” ( cead mile failte). Mile High Dining wanted to get a headstart on St. Patrick’s Day to enjoy a Guinness Stout beer.
I ordered a Guinness beer and fish and chips. The beer was good but the homemade beer-battered cod fish was better. The fish is very tender and light! There is a slice of lemon, sauce and malt vinegar to add seasoning. Even the fries were good.
My ratings are: It’s OK, Good, Very Good, and Excellent.
The verdict ⚖️ for the Irish Rover Pub is Very Good.
