For Valentine’s Day, Mile High Dining read that Oyster Wulff was presenting pop-up oyster and lobster roll options at Pony Up. Off we went.
Pony Up is one of the old classic bars in Denver. We ordered the Maine lobster roll and white wine. The roll had lots of fresh lobster sitting on a toasted bun. It was delicious. The Oyster man paired it with a glass of Sauvignon Blanc.
My ratings are: It’s OK, Good, Very Good, and Excellent.
The verdict ⚖️ for lobster rolls at Pony Up is Very Good.
