A relatively new restaurant in Denver, Point Easy, is a friendly place. The beautiful large windows paired with the extra large bar make it a good place to hang out. Point Easy features both American and Italian-style dishes. The two of us had a salad, pasta and fish. For a new restaurant the place was packed and loud.
I had a tequila and cinnamon cocktail while the other had Chardonnay wine. The frisée and arugula the salad was shared. The added orange slices to the salad helped produce a tangy flavor.
The main entrees were large in size so we allowed a little sharing. The pasta Radiatore had artichokes and lots of cured olives that added great flavors to the pasta.
The Kanpachi fish was sitting on a bed of cooked bok choi. Kanpachi is a white Amberjack from Hawaii. It’s very mild and has a slightly sweet taste. We loved it.
My ratings are: It’s OK, Good, Very Good, and Excellent.
The verdict ⚖️ for Point Easy is Very Good.
