Off to one of the largest sports bars in town, View House at Centennial. When we visited both of the two levels were packed. Sports bars have evolved into full-service restaurants. There are 8 different menus. Food covers everything from sushi to burgers. Drinks are a full page of wine and cocktails. Beer has a page of choices. It goes on and on!
We had a small appetizer, pretzel bites paired with the Ballpark ale and a cucumber Fresca cocktail. The pretzels with the spicy mustard were delicious.
The main dishes were the the 3 pineapple mahi mahi tacos while I had the plate of fish and chips. Both dishes were very plain tasting which seemed out of place for a sports bar. We added lots of hot sauce.
My ratings are: It’s OK, Good, Very Good, and Excellent.
The verdict ⚖️ for the View House is Good as sports bars go. If they reduce the food menu options I will forecast the quality of the food would increase greatly.
