My Neighbor Felix LoHi is probably the most festive decorated Christmas bar/restaurant in Denver. It’s a Mexican restaurant serving many different dishes. After the Bronco game, it was very crowded but we enjoyed the noisy patrons and the lights. They even have a small heated outdoor seating area.
We started with the Mexican Mule drink to drown our sorrows after another Bronco lost. It has jalapeno tequila, ginger beer, and lime juice. Only one drink is needed.
The food was the three Spicy Chorizo tacos covered with salsa verde and cotija cheese. It was spicy Colorado chorizo (sausage ). An excellent dish paired with the Mexican Mule.
My ratings are: It’s OK, Good, Very Good, and Excellent.
The verdict ⚖️ for My Neighbor Felix is Very Good. Just remember it’s a noisy crowd but it’s a fun place!
