NY Style Cherry Cheesecake

Mile High Dining made a NY Style Cherry Cheesecake for the Holidays. It’s made with 2 1/2 pounds of cream cheese and 6 eggs. I added the cherries and sprinkles for the Holidays. My neighbors have enjoyed several slices!
