Mile High Dining enjoyed a free wine tasting at Total Wine. We focused on California white and red wines ranging in price from $15 to $65 dollars. The Rock View Chardonnay was rated very good with lots of flavor. The top of the reds was a Cabernet, Sky&Vine but it’s pricey at $65.
The program also provided an explanation of the history of wine in California as well as comparing the different growing regions. A good selection of cheese was provided.
