Wild Tacos

Wild Tacos just opened last month and it’s operated by siblings from Mexico. It features traditional Mexican style tacos and others with Korean flair. It’s located in the Capitol Hill area with a great south facing garage door opening. It’s part of the Barbed Wire Reef group that operates a fleet of food trucks and two stalls at the Edgewater Public market. Besides the traditional Mexican tacos, the Korean ones may have kimchi and spicy fried tofu.

Both of us shared the guacamole with chips. It was a good taste and a great presentation.

One diner had the berry smash non-alcoholic drink with two traditional tacos, carnitas and fish. The fish taco was given a very good grade along with the berry drink.

Mile High Dining had to be different and tried the Korean spicy fried tofu taco and a cactus taco paired with a carrot margarita. The Korean fried tofu taco was excellent. It was both crunchy and spicy.

My ratings are: It’s OK, Good, Very Good, and Excellent.

The verdict ⚖️ for Wild Tacos is Very Good. Try a taco with a Korean flair!
