Mile High Dining went to the newest bar in Cherry Creek. It’s owned and operated by Culinary Creative which has several restaurants in Denver including Maine Shack, Señor Bear, Bar Dough. Forget Me Not Is serving high-end cocktails and fancy food.
We started with a the 82 Moons cocktail. A great warm weather sip garnished with a flower and mint leaves.
The shrimp cocktail came with five large chilled prawns sitting in a thick red cocktail sauce. It was a delicious way to start our meal.
The cheeseboard had four different cheeses, house-made crackers, and a fruit compote including a delicious special blue cheese. The light crackers highlighted the flavors of the cheese.

Our last dish was 4 oysters from the pop-up oyster bar. Two from the West Coast and two from the East Coast sitting on a bed of ice with finely grated horseradish and two dipping sauces. Sipping a cocktail and slurping a fresh oyster is summer time fun.
My ratings are: It’s OK, Good, Very Good, and Excellent.
The verdict ⚖️ for Forget Me Not is Very Good.
