Best dishes of 2020

Mile High Dining’s favorite dishes for 2020, in alphabetical order:

Annette’s roasted one-half chicken was sitting in juices and sauteed kale in the takeaway box. The chicken was moist, warm, and tender! It was rated very good.

Hillstone has the best grilled artichokes in Denver that we have found. For the second year in a row, these halved artichokes are a great spring time treat.

Jax has the best whole roasted fish. The Alamosa bass is covered in salt, then baked. It was presented with an olive tapenade and balsamic vinegar and was the best fish of the year!

Matsuhisa’s sushi was not only beautiful in presentation, but also spectacular in taste. The addition of ginger and jalapeno on sushi adds a great contrast.

Toro Denver has a bison burger covered in bacon jam and cheeses. The jam adds a great flavor to the bison and it’s large enough for two to enjoy.
