Bierstadt Lagerhaus is located at 2875 Blake Street, Denver. A large brewery that was featured in The NY Times for the 5 minute pour of its “Slow Pour Pils”. The slow pour is to create foam that adds to the flavor of the beer. It also pours many ciders.
This week, it’s the Great American Beer Festival in Denver, so there were many guests of the brewery present. There is a bar and food service upstairs. Stay away from the food. I had the “Big Ass Pretzel” and it lacked taste, texture, and salt. Remember, this is a brewery and enjoy the “Slow Pour” and call it a day.
