Cherish Spirits Lounge is a high end wine and spirits bar with small plates of food that just opened in Cherry Creek North. We ate outside in a small patio area and enjoyed the street level seating (pictured).Inside the Lounge, 
it was rather dark(pictured).
The drinks included Contrato Spritz and others. The spritz was mixed at table side and is a great summertime drink. Wine is very expensive as the least expensive red or white glass from the list was $16.00.
The food included the meat charcuterie board (pictured) which was good. The best item on the board was the house made pickles but there were to few. The other dish was the Scallop Ceviche (pictured). It was okay but it needed more citrus favoring. One of the party had a delicious blueberry and goat cheese dessert.
My ratings are It’s OK, Good, Very Good, and Excellent.
