Woodie Fisher

Woodie Fisher is a new restaurant located in an old restored firehouse just west of Coors Field. (Pictured).

The building is from 1881 and has been remodeled and updated inside beautifully. Combined with an open kitchen, it is one of the best environments for a restaurant. (Pictured).

The private dining area has a chandler made from old fire hoses. (Pictured).

Prior to arrival of our food, we were treated to a glass of wine for only $3.50! As for food, we enjoyed the house made burrata cheese with green tomato jam. It was excellent. (Pictured).

Also, the tomato salad was very good with a great presentation.(Pictured).

The artichokes and roasted carrots were disappointing but the flat bread and chicken skin made up for it.(Both pictured).

Finally, the dessert of a chocolate s’more and ice cream was very good as the brownie was warm.

Additionally, service was very attentive.

My ratings are : It’s OK, Good, Very Good, and Excellent. Overall, Woodie Fisher is given a Very Good especially when you enjoy the building so much.
