Campobaja is a “pop-up” restaurant from Mexico City, Mexico temporarily at the Zeppelin Station in Denver. The Zeppelin is located in a commercial area in the North Rino and houses several bars, food counters, and shops.
Campobaja serves from a food counter and is not a sit down restaurant. It serves mostly seafood tacos . The Seattle Fish Company supplies the seafood. The menu is posted above the counter. (Pictured).
Previously this space hosted a restaurant from Iceland and had their fish flown in daily.
We had scallops and octopus tacos. (Pictured).

After you receive your food, you find a table inside or out. We ate outside. Of course, tequila with lime and salt was added. While outside we saw the most interesting mode of transportation, an ice chest converted to an electric scooter.(Pictured).
My ratings are: It’s OK, Good, Very Good, and Excellent. This restaurant, Campobaja, is rated Good.
